Kristine is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience in critical care, cardiac care, and medical record review. Her background in healthcare has sharpened her attention to detail and her ability to support others with care and precision.

A mom of two grown daughters, Kristine has always had a passion for helping others and creating order. She believes that an organized space promotes peace of mind and balance, and she brings that same mindset to her work with The Organized Path.

Kelly brings a warm, people-first approach to every project she takes on. With a degree in Gerontology and certification as a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), she understands how thoughtful organization can make everyday living safer, simpler, and more enjoyable—especially for older adults. She specializes in creating spaces that support independence and aging well, always focusing on the person, not the challenge.

Before joining The Organized Path, Kelly worked in caregiving, home coordination, and wellness. When she’s not helping clients create harmony at home, you’ll find her exploring Annapolis or spending time with family and friends.

With over 20 years of experience in relocation and project management across the DMV, Jessica brings a calm, organized, and compassionate approach to life’s transitions. She’s guided countless families and professionals through every step of the moving process, ensuring each experience feels seamless and supported.

Outside of work, Jessica coordinates community efforts for the Greg Gannon Canned Food Drive and enjoys visiting her daughter in Colorado to explore the mountains and make new memories together.

Janice is a retired teacher from Prince George’s County with a natural gift for connecting with people and bringing calm to any space. A former organizer, she enjoys helping others simplify and create order in their homes and lives.

Outside of work, Janice stays active and involved in her community. She volunteers with Partners in Care as a driver and at The Navy Relief Thrift Shop. When she’s not volunteering or organizing, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four grandchildren, playing tennis and pickleball, biking, gardening, and curling up with a good book.

Lisa brings years of experience and a calm, confident approach to every project she leads. After spending two decades in the banking industry, she transitioned into professional organizing in 2018—combining her attention to detail and love of order to help clients create spaces that truly work for them. 

Known for her steady leadership and thoughtful guidance, Lisa ensures each project runs smoothly from start to finish while fostering a supportive, collaborative team environment. When she’s not organizing, she enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband of 23 years and their two daughters, or relaxing with a good book and her crochet projects.

Rachael provides organizational and administrative support to ensure everything flows seamlessly.

Before becoming a mom, she worked as a Southwest Airlines flight attendant, where she honed her skills in adaptability, multitasking, and customer care—qualities she now brings to her role with the team. When she’s not working, Rachael enjoys family time with her husband and son.  

Bekah is a skilled Content Marketing Strategist who combines strategy and storytelling to craft content that connects authentically with audiences — not just fills a feed. With a keen eye for both analytics and aesthetics, she thrives on creating meaningful digital experiences that align with brand goals and values.

Outside of work, Bekah channels her creativity into painting, crocheting, and graphic design, and enjoys staying active on the soccer field — her favorite way to unwind and express herself.
